Villa Llevant is a classic Menorcan style house located in the well-known area of Cala’n Blanes / Cala’n Brut. The villa has a beautiful and pleasant garden with a pool area, and a covered terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the hot summer nights. Inside, it is divided into two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, a cosy living/dining room and a toilet. Free WiFi for clients. On the upper floor are the 3 double bedrooms (with air conditioning), one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each sharing a bathroom. Villa Llevant is located next to Villa Llebeig, which has identical characteristics and makes it possible to accommodate two families who want to stay in two nearby villas.
