Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- 2 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 12 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 3 days.
- - Optional services:
- Extra cot: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- Crib: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
- Heating: 50 EUR per day. Applicable seasons: from 04-16 to 10-14.
- Baby high chair: included in the price. Max. quantity: 1.
- Pool towels: 5 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 20.
- Extra high chair: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 1.
- - The swimming pool is available from 01-01 to 12-31.
