There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and driveway parking as well. You must be a minimum of 25 years or older to book. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties.
