Just a 30-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées, this
apartment offers effortless access to the city’s highlights. With a
nearby metro line connecting you to central Paris in 15 minutes, the
best of the capital is always within easy reach. LIVING & DINING AREA A
warm balance of old and new defines the main living space, where
sculpted wooden armchairs sit alongside a sleek cream leather sofa. The
room’s classical elegance is elevated by a vintage maritime painting
and traditional herringbone parquet flooring, while generous natural
light and leafy touches soften the atmosphere for everyday comfort.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Fully equipped and modern, the kitchen is
designed for practical living without compromising on style. The
combination of wood cabinetry, stone backsplash, and integrated
appliances creates a contemporary space that remains inviting with its
dining table for four. BEDROOMS The apartment offers three distinct
sleeping areas. The main bedroom is bright and serene, with an orange
accent wall and matching curtains adding a dash of Parisian warmth to
its otherwise calming tones. The second bedroom leans vintage,
featuring a grand wooden chest of drawers, a matching nightstand, and a
curated painting above the bed. A desk area completes the space, ideal
for work or reading. Lastly, a compact office room adjacent to the
living area doubles as a cosy single sleeping space, painted in a soft
yellow and fitted with a comfortable sofa bed. BATHROOMS There are two
bathrooms, each with its own character. The main bathroom is polished
and practical, boasting a bathtub, dual sinks, and a minimalist palette
of stone tones. The second bathroom is cosier but richly styled, with
floor-to-ceiling travertine tiles and a sculptural stone basin that
brings a spa-like calm to the space. There is also a separate toilet.
WE LOVE The interplay of vintage charm and modern sensibility
throughout the apartment—from the classical furnishings to the
contemporary bathrooms—creates a timeless, home-like elegance that
feels distinctively Parisian. Home truths: No smoking, pets or parties.
The apartment is located on 4th floor with an elevator. Please note,
the one of the beds is a sofa bed. To rent this property, the minimum
age requirement is 25 years old. Although we always endeavour for
accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and
description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s
amenities. When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to
fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and
booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official
photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you
with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for
both our guests and our homes. Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in
homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however,
expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the
property.
