This ultra-new, subterranean architectural marvel is comprised of two luxury villas and four suites, overlooking the Ionian Sea and made to pleasurably accommodate your aspirations of an idyllic summer on a Greek island. Having a capacity of 6 guests, our villa is the ideal setup for those who are accompanied by friends and live-in caretakers. On the lower level, the villas feature a contemporary open plan layout by combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas, along with a guest bathroom and a guest bedroom. The upper level is dedicated to relaxation, featuring two gorgeous double bedrooms with ample closet space and ensuite bathrooms for total privacy. The bathrooms come with all the necessary amenities and toiletries. The villa offers unparalleled, above the clouds, panoramic views from every corner and the custom oversized glass doors contribute to all the natural lighting flooding the interiors. The landscape layout, the infinity  pool and amenities of the villa have been meticulously designed and planned for ultimate guest satisfaction. We have added a lounge area as well as strategically placed terraces so that larger groups may comfortably enjoy the outdoors, nature, fresh air and pristine views. As a guest of either Villa or Suite you are entitled to some extra services such as concierge service, daily cleaning service, private parking and transfer services (upon request).
