Perched on Kanalia Cove after Ornos area, this splendid private property of 330 sq.m. building in a 1100 sq.m. plot, offers unrivalled views of the area of Mykonos Town, Tinos island, Baos island and Delos island in a grand panorama that can be literally enjoyed from every corner of the property. The hot spot location also allows easy access to Mykonos Town’s (5 klm) cosmopolitan nightlife while also being within more than reasonable distance from the island’s most popular beaches, restaurants and beach clubs.The villa is near to super markets, bakeries, restaurants, beach bars, hair and nail salons, pharmacies, car/bike rentals, ATM. Within 3 km you can reach the famous Ornos beach, ideal for families as well as for large groups of friends.Other famous beaches of the island like Psarou where the worldwide famous beach bar restaurant Nammos is, Paraga where the famous beach bar restaurant Scorpios is, Panormos where the Principote is, Tropicana beach bar etc are only 6-10 km driving away. Mykonos airport is about 6 km away, while the port is 9 km approximately. A transfer to/from the airport or port can be arranged from our team. Guests will be met at the Villa to proceed with the check-in and collect the keys. Two simple concepts design the villa’s outdoor areas where comfort and spaces reign supreme throughout mixed with a generous use of pergolas and natural stone. A lounge area with a large wooden dinner table are featured on the ample front terrace of the pool area, boasting sensational views and a relaxing ambience.Breathtaking views of Mykonos town, Tinos, Baos and Delos island from the pool area creates a magical scenery for relaxation (meditation and yoga activities), but also this area can easily host a well-organized private party event.An outside built-in bar corner and a BBQ area are next to the pool. Indoors offers an excellent choice of accommodation at facilities distinguished by the right colors, elegant decoration and beautiful touches of the well known Cycladic Art and Architecture. A great use of marble that covers all the floor area of the building, combined with the mykonian wooden roof, providing an imposing atmosphere that fits perfectly with original artwork and design furniture. Upon entering the property one is greeted by the indoor living space dominated by the sober living room which is complemented by a charming TV area with a built in fireplace and an indoor dining area leading onto the property’s kitchen. The 3 floor building sleeps 16 persons in 7 bedrooms and a secondary living room space, 5 of them with sea view. It also has 6 en-suite & 1/2 bathrooms and all necessary amenities (Wi-Fi internet, TV, A.C in all bdrs, a fully equipped kitchen). Ground level consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 & 1/2 bathrooms, living room with dining area and the kitchen area. First level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room inside with a big sofa. Second level consists of 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
