At home, you’ll love the private, enclosed back yard that backs up to the woods. Enjoy the serene setting with a cup of coffee each morning on your screened-in porch, and head downstairs to the patio for an outdoor retreat. Inside, you’ll find an open floor plan, gleaming wood floors, and a cozy gas fireplace on the first level. Upstairs is an additional living area with a sectional sofa and 65-inch TV. Bright, stylish decor and wallpaper add whimsy and personality throughout the home. The modern, well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of workspace on the granite countertops. Take a seat under the modern chandelier in the dining room at mealtime or eat at the table on the screened-in porch, then head out to explore. After a fun day out, grab a spot on one of the plush sectionals to stream the latest release, or play a board game for more family fun. If you’ve brought any remote work, the high-speed WiFi, desk with a wireless HP printer, and two monitors in the private office make it easy. End the night in one of the three well-appointed bedrooms, dreaming of the next perfect Blue Ridge day tomorrow. Things to Know A double sofa bed and a twin trundle daybed provide extra sleeping space. Streaming services are available with guest accounts. Twin XL beds in the guest room convert to a king. Guests must supply their own HDMI cables or video cables to use computer monitors. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
