Full size kitchen with dining table for 6 is perfect for families or groups. 3rd Bedroom King Suite has full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, single electric burner, sink, and coffee. 65" Smart TV with cable in the main room. Additional TVs in all bedrooms. Ceiling fans in main room and bedrooms. Stackable washer/dryer in unit. Additional amenities include a port-a-crib, Keurig, blender, crockpot, adult and children’s books and games. Rest and rejuvenate on your private balcony with wooded view. Take a dip in the sparkling Laterra pool located right next door in the courtyard of the 955 building. If you need additional baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours’ notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability. Please note: For the safety of our guests, we have implemented a rigorous and expanded cleaning process between stays. Also, while this 3rd floor unit has elevator access and a safety bar in the tub-shower, it is not ADA compliant. On the day of check-in you will receive lockbox access instructions at 3:00 PM. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. Please send a message, in advance, with the names of all drivers needing gate access to avoid access delays. You can contact the gate directly to add any guests after your arrival. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend your own vehicle, but AJ’s restaurant is a short walk away in the King and Bear. We love animals, but the association has strict rules that must be followed. All animals must be housebroken and approved in advance. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For pet approval, please send a message to the host stating the breed, age and weight, along with photos of your animal and current vaccine records to comply with the HOA rules. If authorized, a request for payment will be sent and must be paid in advance. The pet fee is $75 per pet for short stays and up to $300 for stays of 6 months or more. Pet fee does NOT include picking up pet waste on property. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended. All animals, including assistance animals, must be disclosed in advance, and the third-party screening completed prior to bringing any animal onto the premises.
