If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice. All items subject to availability. This property is ground floor and has a walk-in shower with separate tub. Garage and Owner’s closet are excluded from tenant’s use. On day of check in you will receive lockbox instructions. This is a gated community, and all drivers must be on the gate list. All over-night guests must be added prior to arrival. To make the most of our beautiful area we highly recommend you have a vehicle, but for those who prefer walking there are some area restaurants 1.5 to 2.5 miles away. We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.
