Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Bienvenidos a nuestra villa en Jarabacoa. Queremos asegurarnos de que tu estancia sea cómoda y agradable. Para mantener un ambiente tranquilo y respetuoso, por favor sigue estas reglas durante tu estadía:
- Prohibido realizar fiestas o eventos: La villa está diseñada para proporcionar una experiencia de descanso y tranquilidad. No se permiten fiestas ni eventos dentro de la propiedad.
- Sustancias ilícitas: El consumo de sustancias ilegales está estrictamente prohibido en toda la propiedad. Cualquier violación de esta regla será motivo de desalojo inmediato.
- Número de huéspedes: El máximo permitido de huéspedes en la villa es de 9 personas. No se permite el ingreso de más personas sin la aprobación previa de Yellowkey Rentals.
- Solicitud de identificación: Se requerirá la identificación de todos los visitantes y huéspedes registrados para poder acceder a la villa. Asegúrate de enviar los documentos de identificación antes del check-in.
- Cuidado de la propiedad: Se espera que trates la villa con respeto y cuidado. Cualquier daño o rotura en la propiedad será sujeto a penalidades. Las penalidades por daños o roturas pueden variar entre 100 USD y 1000 USD dependiendo de la magnitud del daño causado.
- Apagar luces y aires acondicionados: Por favor, apaga las luces y aires acondicionados al salir de las habitaciones o de la villa. Ayudemos a conservar la energía y a mantener la villa fresca para los siguientes huéspedes.
- Uso de puertas y ventanas: Mientras utilices los aires acondicionados, asegúrate de mantener las puertas cerradas para evitar el desperdicio de energía. No se debe dejar las puertas abiertas mientras estén en uso.
- Respeto por los vecinos y el entorno: Por favor, respeta la tranquilidad de la zona y evita ruidos excesivos. Recuerda que estás en una comunidad donde los vecinos también buscan un ambiente pacífico.
- Acceso a la villa: Solo los huéspedes registrados tienen acceso a las instalaciones. No se permiten visitas no registradas en la villa.
