Romantic Antica Sponda

Romantic Antica Sponda is a central located apartment a few steps from the "Sponda" bus stop and the central Piazza dei Mulini. This spacious house is the ideal solution for family holidays in Positano or for a couple who want to have a large space with a view available. The apartment has a large outdoor terrace with a sea view over the city of Positano and the entire coast up to the sea stacks of Capri! The house can be reached from the main road by taking about 100 steps with a steep slope but once you arrive the view offers unique emotions. Access is from the external terrace which is equipped with a wonderful lava stone table with wrought iron chairs and deckchairs to enjoy the sea view. Upon entering we have a large room with a vaulted ceiling furnished with a double sofa bed, table with four chairs, antique sideboard and low TV cabinet. From the living room we then enter the kitchen, complete with everything for cooking. It consists of a sink with double basin, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave and oven. On site you will also find a coffee machine with pods and an American coffee machine. In the living room there is also a service bathroom complete with shower, washing machine, sink, toilet and bidet. A door divides the living room from the sleeping area, which also has access from the terrace. The room is furnished in a nautical style, with a king-size wrought iron bed, chest of drawers, large wardrobe and mirror. The room has a private connected bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bidet, toilet and sink. The entire structure has wi-fi connection and the terrace is only for our guests. TO NOTE: The neighbors share access and passage on the terrace to access their apartment on the upper floor. Customers are required to present identification at check-in. The tourist tax is excluded from the price and is to be paid locally €2.5 per person per night.
