This is the combination of four suites, Blue Magnolia, Metal Oak, Spanish Moss and Peachy Palm, comprising the garden-level and upper three levels of this impeccable residence. With this, you will have 4 king beds, 4 sleeper sofas (one queen in Peachy Palm, one king in Spanish Moss, one king in Blue Magnolia, and one queen in Metal Oak), and 4.5 baths. The combined units sleep a total of 16 guests. You will have access to the units through 2 front entry doors, 3 courtyard doors, and through an interior hallway that connects the suites. Metal Oak, the garden-level unit, is handicap accessible and does not require stairs to enter. Blue Magnolia, Spanish Moss, and Peachy Palm does require the use of stairs in order to enter.
Spanish Moss and Peachy Palm are identical floor plans, both defining luxury living on Jones Street, with soaring views from your bedroom window that overlook the majestic oak tree lined street. These picturesque suites are on the third and fourth floor of the residence, fitted with furnishings and finishes that have been thoughtfully selected, to create a truly luxurious and sophisticated space. With a spa-like, ensuite bathroom, a state of the art kitchen, and access to a spacious terrace that overlooks the city skyline, you’ll have everything you need to unwind.
Blue Magnolia suite is to step into true Sophisticated Southern style. Featuring a soothing array of blue and white hue’d decor, Blue Magnolia is your own private oasis in Savannah. When you stay with us, you’ll experience all the luxury of a fine hotel, with the comfort of a private home. The stunning Blue Magnolia suite was completely updated summer of 2020. No detail was overlooked in the design and decor process, from the furniture selection, down to the knobs on the closet doors. You’ll find brand new, luxury stainless steel appliances throughout, and dual luxury shower heads - including a relaxing over-sized rainhead in the shower alongside a standard luxury shower head.
The Metal Oak suite encapsulates the "Scandinavian Modern" style. This garden-level suite on Savannah’s historic Jones Street -often cited as one of the most beautiful streets in the United States- has undergone a complete facelift. We have exposed the original 1862 brick walls in the living room, had a custom metal barn-door created in the kitchen entry way, re-worked the kitchen to raise the ceilings, open the walls and add luxury features, including high-end leathered granite countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, a wine chiller, and open black walnut shelves custom-made by Black Dog Salvage, as seen on DIY Channel’s Salvage Dawgs.
Step into your private courtyard oasis, featuring luxury Castelle furniture and a fire table for your enjoyment. This suite is one of the most exceptional you will find in Savannah- but it doesn’t stop there. We’ve included luxury amenities throughout the suite, including:
- Two Private Parking Spaces
- Wine Chiller
- Luxury Robes
- High-end ROAM Bath products, as well as complimentary ROAM shaving and dental kits
- Nespresso Coffee + Keurig Espresso Machine

About the area
Savannah, Georgia, is a delightful Southern city that provides a unique blend of history, culture, and natural beauty. It is renowned for its beautifully preserved antebellum architecture and historic districts, making it a haven for those with an interest in history. The Historic District of the city is one of the largest in the U.S., characterized by cobblestone streets adorned with oak trees draped in moss and magnificent historic residences.
The city's River Street was once the world's bustling hub for cotton exports. Today, it has transformed into a lively waterfront area brimming with shops, galleries, and restaurants situated in former cotton warehouses. Here visitors can take pleasure in breathtaking views of the Savannah River while indulging in local cuisine or shopping for distinctive souvenirs.
The cultural offerings of Savannah are equally captivating. The Telfair Museums comprise three separate sites: the Telfair Academy of Arts and Sciences - one of the first public museums in the South; Owens-Thomas House & Slave Quarters; and Jepson Center - a contemporary art center. Collectively they provide an enriching journey through art and history.
For those who love nature, Savannah's beautiful parks and squares will not disappoint. Forsyth Park is particularly popular due to its iconic fountain while Bonaventure Cemetery offers a hauntingly beautiful landscape filled with sculptures and Victorian funerary art.
Savannah also provides several beach options for visitors to enjoy. Tybee Island is just a short drive from downtown Savannah offering sandy beaches ideal for sunbathing or swimming along with a historic lighthouse that offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
For food enthusiasts, exploring Savannah's culinary scene will be an adventure as it includes everything from traditional Southern dishes to fresh seafood to innovative farm-to-table dining experiences.
In summary, Savannah presents an engaging combination of historical allure, cultural richness, natural beauty and culinary delights making it an attractive destination for all kinds of travelers.
