In the historic Pag Island village of Lun, well known for olive trees and landscape promenades suitable for long walks or cycling, a unique and charming villa is nestled only 250m from the beach on an enclosed estate covering an area of 4000m2. Villa’s living space of 290m2 spreads over two floors: the ground floor and first floor and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, suitable accommodation for 8 persons.
The villa has a spacious courtyard with a swimming pool (15x5m), an outdoor shower, deck chairs, and a covered terrace with a dining table for 10 people. Entering the villa’s ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with an indoor fireplace, and a dining area with a dining table. On the same floor, there is a shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.
With internal stairs, you come up to the first floor where there are two queen-size bedded rooms and two double-bedded rooms, as well as two shared bathrooms with showers.
A balcony with a sitting area can be reached from two rooms.
