Low bank waterfront home on Hammersley Inlet in the South Puget Sound, an hour and a half from Seattle, and 2 hours 20 minutes from Portland.
Enjoy high-tide kayaking and low tide wandering the beach taking in the sea air and collecting clams for appetizers in the evening. Enjoy the large grassy area for games of soccer, badminton, croquet, bocce, football, or horseshoes. There are four horseshoe pits.
Spend winter days around the cozy fireplace, sipping cocoa and playing games with the family.
Waterfront home with 115 feet of private beach and tidelands. Outdoors enjoy four kayaks, paddles, and life jackets. Firewood is available for the outdoor firepit (please respect local burn bans). Explore the private low bank beach and only take the clams from our beach.
This spacious rambler features four bedrooms, two en suites, and three full bathrooms. A modern spacious kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets, spices, and more with plenty of room to entertain. An outdoor gas Weber barbecue is just a few steps from the kitchen. Streaming TVs are in the living room and king bedrooms. A desk with a fabulous view is located just off the kitchen to do your work away from home.
An expansive deck with a gas fireplace makes for a wonderful conversation area and a late-night glass of wine. Enjoy a swim in the inlet and then hot tub for a wonderful and intense cold/hot water experience or settle into the Adirondack chairs beachside to hang out and enjoy the views.
