– The ground floor consists of a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the incredible lake views, a dining area, sitting corner with comfy couches and TV, and an open fireplace. The kitchen, fitted with high quality appliances, gives access to the outdoor table and garden. Toilet. In the sleeping area you’ll find a master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with tub, and a second bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

The luxury vacation is located in Someraro, a small village above Stresa, with a few excellent restaurants nearby. Stresa (3 km away) is the most famous lakeside town at Lake Maggiore with its narrow streets featuring cafés, restaurants and small boutiques. There’s a lovely lakefront promenade and a ferry station from where you can hop on any ferry to visit the Borromeo Islands and explore other villages and wonders of Lake Maggiore. Stresa’s railway station connects you easily with Milan, where you can shop, sightsee, or simply sip a coffee and watch the world go by in the famous Piazza del Duomo.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
