(Please Read Before Booking: While we have direct beach access out the back of our building, our pool is currently closed. The pool will be undergoing a complete restoration. The condo will be installing a pool and decking in the back of the building from September 2025 through approximately January/February 2026. Guests will continue to have access to the beach. During the month of October 2025 the geothermal unit will be repaired which may result in the A/C being off for a limited period of time. We will update when we have more precise time frame.If you are booking this property, you are acknowledging the current property status. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
