Large patio windows provide pool views and lead to a furnished terrace with a sofa set, dining area, barbecue, and garden lighting. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower enclosure and toilet.
The first floor offers three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower, and distant sea views; a second double bedroom; and a twin bedroom with two single beds. A third shared bathroom is also located on this floor. The basement level includes two additional double bedrooms and a fourth bathroom. These basement rooms have large patio doors offering natural light and ventilation. The property also includes air conditioning throughout and stair gates for child safety.
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, garden, private pool, and all indoor and outdoor amenities. The heated pool is available for an additional fee and is recommended during the months of November to March. Covered parking is available on-site.

This home is designed for families. Parties, celebrations, or any form of loud gatherings are not permitted without prior approval. Guests must respect the residential nature of the neighborhood and maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. Non-compliance may lead to early termination of the stay without refund. Heated pool use is optional and incurs an extra charge. Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out is at 11:00.
