This modern and spacious holiday home is ideally located in the heart of Central Protaras, just a short walk from the area’s top beaches, restaurants, shops, and family-friendly attractions. Set in a quiet residential area, it provides the perfect base for a relaxing yet convenient stay, with a private pool, rooftop terrace, and all the modern comforts needed for a family holiday.
The property spans 140 m² and features a contemporary open-plan design on the ground floor, including a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic hotplate, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, and complete kitchen utensils and dishware. The living room offers comfortable seating, modern furniture, and two large-screen TVs. There is also a double sofa bed in the common area.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom includes two single beds. A family bathroom with a bathtub is also available on this level. A rooftop terrace with a pergola and seating area offers scenic views of Protaras.
The outdoor area features a large overflow private swimming pool, surrounded by artificial grass, trees, and plenty of sun loungers. There is a shaded pergola with a dining area and a traditional charcoal barbecue, making it ideal for outdoor relaxation.
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private swimming pool, rooftop terrace, open-air parking, garden, and all indoor and outdoor amenities. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and air conditioning is installed throughout the house.
Within 10-minute walk there can be found many beautiful beaches including Sunrise Beach and a bit further down the famous Fig Tree Bay with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
There is also a water park and aquarium that are worth a visit. The biggest water park in the Middle East can be found just outside of Ayia Napa which is only 10km away.
With everything located within walking distance, a car is not essential, although open-air parking is available. Local attractions such as the water park and aquarium are easily accessible, and Ayia Napa is only 10 km away.
