Spanning 550 square meters over three levels, this exceptional villa accommodates up to 12 guests in six spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen with premium Miele appliances, a stylish dining area with seating for 12, and an elegant living room with a fireplace, SAT TV, and contemporary furnishings. Guests can unwind in the sauna, enjoy a game of billiards, or explore the wine cellar. An internal staircase and elevator connect all floors for added convenience. The first floor houses a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a private dressing room, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace offering breathtaking sea views. Two additional king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing rooms share a large terrace overlooking the sea. A small gym, complete with a flat-screen TV, mirrored wall, and office space with a printer, scanner, and photocopier, is also located on this level. The second floor features three more elegantly designed bedrooms, all with stunning sea views. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in dressing room. The remaining two bedrooms have king-size beds (one can be separated into twin beds), en-suite bathrooms, and walk-in dressing rooms. One of these bedrooms also includes a large showering area designed to accommodate guests with disabilities. Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all indoor and outdoor areas. The property features a private infinity pool, direct access to the rocky beach, spacious terraces with sun loungers, a sauna, a billiard room, a gym, and a private berth at sea for boat docking. Daily housekeeping and a dedicated villa manager fluent in English, German, and Croatian are available to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay. Guests can easily explore the surrounding area by car, with private parking available on the property. Boat rentals provide a unique way to discover the nearby islands and hidden coves. The villa is well connected to the mainland by ferry from Supetar, making day trips to Split and other coastal destinations effortless. Please note that the city tax of €6 per person per night is not included in the rate and must be paid upon arrival. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge of €75 per day or €500 per week. A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is required upon check-in, payable in cash or by credit card, and will be refunded upon departure, provided no damages occur.
