The Home
It is a large and bright apartment that overlooks directly the central Piazza Cavour. The large windows allow you to enjoy the lake view and the bustling life of the Piazza at your feet: just wonderful!
The villa is elegantly furnished with some important period furniture in Venetian style. It has a large and elegant living room with terrace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to a spacious and equipped kitchen. It can accommodate up to 5 people and is perfect for families, groups of friends or business travelers.
IMPORTANT:
The apartment is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building, but you will have to climb a dozen steps before. If needed, the elevator can be reached via a second entrance without stairs.
In this property, pets are allowed upon request and at an additional cost to ensure an allergy-free cleaning.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
