Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- There are no restrictions on check-in time because of the unattended check-in system.
- *If you arrive earlier than check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the luggage locker.
- *In principle, early check-in is not accepted, but may be available earlier than check-in time depending on room readiness.
- Check-out time
- 10:00am
- You can extend your check-out time up to 2 hours by paying 3000 yen as a late check-out fee.
- In that case, check-out time is 12:00.
- *Luggage lockers may be used after check-out. However, please collect it by the end of the check-out day.
- Smoking
- A smoking area is available outside the facility. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please understand this.
- Towel exchange
- Bath towels and face towels are provided in the room for the number of guests. They will be replaced with new ones upon request.
- There is a bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer in the room, so you can do your own laundry.
- Cleaning
- The hotel is cleaned after each check-out. Therefore, there is no cleaning during your stay. However, we may be able to accommodate your request depending on the number of days you stay and the coordination of our cleaning staff. Please contact the facility at least one day before the desired date.
- There is a garbage station in the building so you can dispose of your own garbage.
- About Washing Machines
- There is one washing machine in each room. It is free of charge. A packet of detergent for the number of nights you stay is provided.
- Parking
- There is no parking on the premises. Please use nearby parking lots.
