Nestled in a lush tropical garden in sunny Malindi, Allamanda Villa is an idyllic holiday destination with a beautiful swimming pool and the services of a private chef.
The space
Allamanda Villa has 3 bedrooms – each with their own ensuite bathrooms.
The master-suite on the top floor is extremely spacious with its own dressing room and massage room as well as a bathtub in the bathroom.
Two more ensuite bedrooms are on the ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with a bunkbed, perfect for kids.
Allamanda Villa also has an indoor lounge-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a rooftop lounge area. All the lounge- & chill zones around the swimming pool as well as the main kitchen can be used by our guests of the Villa as well.
Our staff on site will greet you on arrival and give you a full tour of the property.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
