When it’s time to eat, gather as a family around the formal dining table. The bedrooms are equally impressive with their high-quality linens, private TVs, and warm wood finishes. An additional sleeper sofa is available if extra sleeping arrangements are needed. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and internet access round out the home’s magnificent perks. While enjoying sweeping mountain views, visit the on-site Mills River Brewery or nearby Mills River Park, Fireside Golf Range, Historic Johnson Farm, Bill Moore Community Park, and Elijah Mountain Gem Mine and Crystal Store. THINGS TO KNOW -The fireplace is not operational. -There is live music at Mills River Brewery every Wednesday-Sunday. -Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). -Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. -Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. -All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. -Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. -No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. -This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. -All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
