Things to note - Hot tub towels, charcoal and fire pit wood not provided. Stater pack of wood for the log burner is provided. If we have a same day changeover we have to drain, clean and refill the hot tub as a legal requirement, therefore we cannot guarantee the hot tub will be hot at check in as it can take up to 24 hours to get up to temperature. In cold weather, the hot tub takes longer to heat up so we kindly ask guests to take this into account.
This property is situated close to a road therefore please note there may be some road noise at this property due to the location.
Dogs are very welcome to join you during your stay; however, please note that they must not be left unattended at the property at any time. Please note that there is an additional £30 charge per pet.
The mooring details - The front of the property has a 36-foot mooring, and the inlet dock measures 13 feet wide by 19 feet long. If you plan to use the mooring, please send us the details of your boat.
Guests need to bring their own paddle boards, there is one kayak the guests can use at their own risk.
