Admire million-dollar water and mountain views! Comprising both halves of a duplex, this beautifully appointed home is just 0.4 miles from the Port Orchard Waterfront. (The two halves can be connected by an interior stairway, or can function as two separate homes.)
The top half is the larger of the two, and boasts a sparkling full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and expansive stone counter space. Socializing is easy in the open living area, highlighted by a wood-burning stove and a sound-view wall of windows. You’ll love the plush primary suite, which boasts a luxe jetted tub/shower combination! Enjoy a scenic cookout on the huge deck, complete with a gas grill and alfresco dining space for the group.
Also featuring sound views throughout, the lower half likewise provides a full kitchen (this one with no dishwasher). Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace or take in the stunning views on the patio, which runs the length of the home!
