When you aren’t exploring Saint Augustine’s many attractions - hang out at home where you can sink into the warmth of the private Jacuzzi or head for the shared pool’s turquoise water. Additionally, during your stay, you will have access to a playground, a fitness center, a pickleball court, a volleyball court and a tennis court. Inside, the living is luxe and comfortable. The sunny living room comes adorned with leather seating and a large TV - the perfect place for family movie nights. The full kitchen gleams with its stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and center island. When you want to escalate your cooking, fire up the provided gas grill. Dining as a family will come naturally at the formal dining table. After eating, head for the enclosed patio with your favorite beverage and a good book. With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that each of your family members will be beyond content and comfortable. The rooms offer soft linens, tasteful decorations, and central air-conditioning. Each generously sized bedroom also features a television. For your complete convenience, be sure to utilize the home’s walk-in showers to rinse off the sand, and the private washer/dryer to refresh your vacation garb. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
