This third-floor condo offers a mountain escape from civilization and the grind of everyday life while boasting plenty of modern amenities including thermostat-controlled baseboard heating and complimentary high-speed internet access. Prepare anything from your morning coffee to full-course dinners in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for four. As a fire glows in the gas fireplace, channel surf on the cable-equipped TV in the cozy living area, or step outside and take in the mountain view off your furnished balcony - a great spot to close out each day with a glass of wine. And after long days of hiking or skiing, you and your guests are welcome to indulge in a soothing soak in the shared hot tub or a refreshing swim in the outdoor swimming pool. THINGS TO KNOW Queen-size sofabed in the living area * As of May 1st, all renters must purchase a $10-day pass via credit card at Ranch Hall to use the facilities. All children 8 and under are free. The pass is good for the entire day. Renters must present documents that show they are staying in a full-benefit member’s home in order to purchase a pass. A OTA/OTA or any other type of reservation confirmation with the address of the home will work as proof. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
