The beach is just a few steps from the building, with 24-hour security, gym and underground parking.
I give my guests independence, but I am available if they need me.
In order to keep our prices low, we don’t include electric in longterm reservations (28 days or more).
For security and compliance with local regulations, a valid photo ID will be required from the primary guest at the time of pre-registration for the property visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Due to the property’s central location, you will be able to move to almost any point of interest walking or by bike, however, if you want, you can request a taxi at the reception of the building or rent a vehicle that you can park in our assigned lot.
