The system operates automatically on a timer, running for approximately 8 hours daily. This results in a temperature increase of 3 to 5 degrees above the standard water temperature. There is also a small bubbling pool area. ---------------------- SECURITY DEPOSIT If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25 years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
