Immerse yourself in farm life and get close to our Highland Cows, North Country Cheviot sheep and rare breed sheep as well as a stocked Loch. Located near Aviemore, this beautiful retreat can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Situated at the edge of the farm, the cottage is surrounded by woodland with outdoor seating where you can relax and enjoy the scenery.

The warm and cosy cottage is decorated in a modern Highland style, reflecting the working farm life, with some nods to the animals kept on the grounds. You’ll find a traditional AGA that warms the living and kitchen area. Organic local produce is available to buy from the farm, so you can get a real taste of country living. The whole house is equipped with wireless internet.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
