This great, modern condo at Silver Shell North is wonderfully located in the quiet part of Ocean City, very close to the beach and the Delaware state line.
The condo has been professionally decorated, with the kitchen and one of the bathrooms completely renovated. Enjoy a large, 22-foot balcony with a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean and an outdoor table with seating for six. Other amenities include a full kitchen, a 65-inch 4K TV in the living room, a 43-inch 4K TV in the primary bedroom, a Blu-ray player, board games, central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and free WiFi throughout the condo. Not to mention the outdoor shower!
Here on the ocean block, you’ll be a quick stroll from Coastal Highway and its countless restaurants, beachy eateries, shops, mini-golf courses, and other attractions. Northside Park, the 58-acre complex with sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, and walking and jogging paths, is only three-quarters of a mile south as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
