This private vacation rental offers everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by the soothing sounds of nature and the refreshing coastal breeze. One of the highlights of this home is the private saltwater pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip and lounging in the sun. After a day at the beach or exploring the nearby trails, come home and unwind by the pool where you are sure to enjoy the outdoor grill and bar. The house is designed to create a serene and tranquil environment with modern and comfortable furnishings, you will instantly feel at ease.
Backing up to the Currituck Banks Maritime Forest Trail and the Currituck Banks Reserve, nature lovers will be in their element. You can embark on leisurely walks along the trail, immersing yourself in the beauty of the maritime forest and enjoying breathtaking sound sunsets. The trail offers a unique opportunity to observe the local wildlife and discover the wonders of the area. For those who crave adventure, the nearby 4X4 beach is a must-visit. Here, you can witness the wild mustang horses that roam freely along the shore.
With easy beach access just a short walk away, you can spend hours exploring the pristine sandy beaches, collecting seashells, or simply basking in the sun.
If that was not enough to entice you, this community has two community pools (free), a fitness center, and racquetball courts (both for an additional fee), and a playground.
On the first level of this house, challenge your family or friends to a game of foosball in the recreation room. Out back, you will come to a true oasis - the private saltwater pool, an outdoor shower with a changing area, and a covered outdoor tiki bar with bar stools. There is a large backyard for playing games and/or enjoying the nature that surrounds you.
Venture up to the second level where you will find most of the sleeping accommodations. Here is a King En Suite, Queen Bedroom w/ deck access, a Pyramid Bunk Room and a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a laundry room with full washer and dryer and generous desk for remote work. Also on this level is a Den with a sleeper sofa for added hanging out space and another sleeping option!
The living space is up on the third level. With an open floor concept, there is a living room area with comfy couches and chairs, a large modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and barstool seating, and a dining table for the group. Grab a cup of morning coffee and step outside onto the spacious deck. This deck off the living area provides the ideal setting for outdoor dining, allowing you to savor your meals while taking in the beautiful views of the surrounding nature. For the late-nighters of the group, they can stay in the King En Suite on this level. Going down just a few stairs, you will come to a half bathroom for convenience.
