This home is comprised of two unites with a shared wall. Only one unit is available through Property Manager (back house). The front unit is not rented, and at times owner occupied. County permit number: STRO-40115 This property is managed by Property Manager New Mexico LLC. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
