Raffles 215 The simple pleasures of coastal living await at Raffles 215, an ideally located condo on the north side of Ocean City. You’ll be able to walk to the community pool, Northside Park, and the ocean beach with ease, with central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, a balcony, and a full kitchen on hand to welcome you home. Raffles sits directly east of Northside Park in Ocean City, where you can take in fireworks displays, rent kayaks and paddleboards, go crabbing and fishing off the pier, ride bikes, and attend such special events as Sundaes in the Park (with live entertainment and sundae-making for adults and children every Sunday night in July and August). You’ll also be near the ocean beach (a few blocks east, across Coastal Highway) and close to great restaurants, shops, The Fractured Prune, and a number of fun activities and attractions in the surrounding blocks. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking permitted The community pool will be ready for use on Saturday, May 24th at 8:30am to 8pm. Visitors are not permitted outside of those times. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
