Professionally designed with soothing desert tones and modern touches, this single-level manufactured home offers 1,627 square feet of living space, a thoughtfully designed split bedroom floor plan, and accommodations for up to six guests.
Step inside and enjoy the open-concept great room, where vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light create a warm, inviting atmosphere that blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one harmonious space.
Living Room: The spacious living area features high ceilings, plush furnishings, a Smart TV, and ample natural light from the many surrounding windows — perfect for cozy movie nights or quiet morning coffee.
Kitchen: Create your favorite meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring generous countertop space, stylish cabinetry, a full suite of appliances, and convenient bar seating. A rice cooker is also included for added versatility.
Dining Area: Share meals and good conversation around the dining table with seating for six, with additional seating available at the kitchen bar.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master – King bed, Smart TV, and private patio access with stunning red rock surroundings. The remodeled ensuite bath includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a spa-style shower with a rain shower head.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, Smart TV, outdoor access, and access to the shared full bath with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request and $30 fee), Smart TV, and shared bath access.
Outdoor Areas:
Enjoy the breathtaking red rock scenery from the spacious front deck, ideal for morning coffee or evening stargazing. The private backyard offers a tranquil escape with lush landscaping and mature trees that create a serene and secluded retreat.
