Additionally, a wealth of other hiking and biking trails surrounds you, all set against the stunning backdrop of red rock landscapes.
This home spans 2,078 square feet and offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on a single level with an open floor plan. This property can easily accommodate up to six guests.
After entering the home through the front entryway, you will be within the large great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining area — accented with large windows and natural lighting.
Living Room: In the living room, you’ll experience cozy furnishings paired with a bright and airy atmosphere. For leisurely moments, enjoy the 75” Smart TV. The room is adorned with large windows that welcome natural light and offer beautiful views. Gas Fireplace.
Kitchen: The kitchen boasts ample space and comes fully outfitted with all essential appliances. It features extensive counter areas and is stocked with everything you need to whip up delectable meals! Savor your breakfast in the nook area, which accommodates seating for four and provides direct views of the red rocks.
Dining area: The dining area accommodates six guests comfortably, is flooded with natural light, and provides easy access to the private backyard.
