Bring your fishing gear for a relaxing day at the dock or explore the waters at your leisure with your own kayak, canoe, or SUP. Don’t forget the provided beach gear, including eight beach towels and chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach cart for your sandy adventures. With the beach just a short stroll away, fun in the sun is guaranteed! Inside, strong natural lighting and an open-concept floor plan create a welcoming space for group gatherings. A river rock fireplace anchors the family room, and plush sofas provide a comfy spot to unwind. The spacious full kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, along with all the cookware and utensils you need for easy meal planning. A large smart TV is featured in the living area, and each bedroom includes its own TV for added convenience. Everyday essentials include central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor fireplace is not operational. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Property Manager Virginia LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
