This home is conveniently located on a quiet street, less than a mile from downtown Franklin -- home to shops, eateries, and historic buildings. This bodes well for those wanting to embark on scenic walks down the area’s new sidewalks and explore nearby parks. More shopping, dining, and entertainment await at The Factory, a shopping mall not even a 10-minute walk away. Walk 12 minutes to festivals at Harlinsdale Farm. Stroll down “America’s Favorite Main Street” lined with historic buildings and tasty culinary eats. Take a day trip to Nashville (a 25-minute drive). Explore the Music City Walk of Fame Park and Country Music Hall of Fame. Afterward, grab lunch at Nashville Farmers Market, or take a stroll along the Bicentennial Capitol City Mall.

When it’s time to turn in for the night, the first-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, a 55” TV, and a pair of glass double doors leading to the back deck. The luxurious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, spacious walk-in shower, and soaking tub. There are three guest rooms on the second floor -- two with King beds and one with two Full beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
