This recently renovated three-bedroom modern home in West Seattle is near all of the citys main attractions, including Lincoln Park, Alki Beach, and downtown. Enjoy the city sights during the day; come back to a quiet neighborhood at night. Step inside the open-concept living room and kitchen, detailed with beautiful hardwood floors. This is a great place to entertain and hang out with a comfortable couch and dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal, including a five-burner gas range, a spacious refrigerator, and a Vita-Prep blender. The brushed zinc countertop facing the living room also doubles as a kitchen bar with seating for three.
Comfort awaits on a comfy king bed in the primary bedroom, complete with a 40-inch Apple TV and DVD player. The en suite bathroom features a luxurious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a sliding door closet, along with a 47-inch Apple TV. The guest bathroom features a tiled shower/tub combination with a large rain showerhead. The third guest room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, closet, and 46-inch Apple TV.
Step down into the family room and find everything you’ll need to relax. Kick back on the sectional while watching a movie on the 65-inch TV. The TV is also hooked up to Apple TV and a DVD player. You’ll get the full movie theater experience with the excellent sound system!
A small office off the entertainment room lets you catch up on emails. The office leads out into the spacious backyard, where the kids can jump on the bouncy trampoline while you make dinner on the propane grill.

This house is located in the quiet Arbor Heights neighborhood in West Seattle. Just 5 miles away is gorgeous Alki Beach, where you can take a nice stroll along the water or take a family photo against the Seattle skyline. If you’re looking for the perfect picnic spot, head over to Lincoln Park on Puget Sound (only a 5-minute drive). Football fans can catch a Seahawks game at CenturyLink Field (a 20-minute drive) or baseball fans can catch a Mariners game at T-Mobile Park (a 20-minute drive). To get to the heart of Seattle, you can take a 15-minute water taxi ride.
