Set at the end of a peaceful lane on the edge of a picturesque village, this beautifully renovated barn conversion offers exceptional comfort and privacy, with uninterrupted views across the magnificent Manifold Valley. Ideal for both couples and families, this spacious cottage is perfectly located for enjoying scenic walks and cycling trails, with easy access to nearby towns and historic sites in the heart of the Peak District.
The property features two inviting bedrooms, including a double room with a quality en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, and toilet) and TV, plus a ground-floor twin room also with a TV. A spiral staircase leads up to the first-floor living room, where guests can relax beside the cozy wood-burning stove in the vaulted, beamed ceiling space. Please note that access to the first-floor living room and bedroom is via the downstairs twin bedroom.
The bathroom on the ground floor includes a bathtub with an electric shower, a sink, and a toilet.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, plus separate 4-drawer freezer in the utility room, while the dining room extension offers a comfortable setting for meals. A utility area with a washer, dryer, and chest freezer adds convenience.
