1900 square feet of living space provides plenty of room for up to 7 guests. A lovely 2-story entry sets the tone for the main level open floor plan that includes a living area with cozy oversized furnishings, 65" Smart TV and sliding doors to the deck, a dining area with seating, and a fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and your cooking essentials. The kitchen also features a full-size stackable washer and dryer and access to the storage yard which includes an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach! The enclosed deck includes a patio table with seating and grill, perfect for dining outdoors!
Also on the main level is the owners suite featuring a KING size bed, Smart TV, his and hers closets, a full en suite bath, and access to the deck.
Two lovely guest bedrooms are located upstairs and share a Jack N Jill bath - each with their own Smart TV. One bedroom offers 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin bed and the other has a KING bed.
Queen’s Grant has on-site pools that are open from April-September. This villa is an easy 10-15 minute walk to the beach and near the General Store, Big Jim’s, the Dunes House and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center. Arthur Hills and George Fazio golf course are on either side.

* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Only two parking spaces for unit.
* 4 beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella are included with this villa.
* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!
