Swoon-worthy ocean views and coastal-chic design meet in the bright great room, featuring wide windows and coffered ceilings. Plush seating in the stylish sitting area invites you to unwind into vacation mode. The upstairs family room provides a comfy spot to kick back, furnished with a comfy sofa and armchairs. There is construction next door - you may hear construction-related noise during your stay. The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of 7 nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
