THINGS TO KNOW BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations. The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
