This Hampton River Villas townhouse, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, located on the North End of St. Simons Island, is an amazing property with views of the Hampton River.
You will want for nothing at Low Country. This two-story, well maintained Hampton River Villas townhouse features an open and bright living room with plenty of space to spread out. New and refreshed décor throughout. Additional den furniture has recently been added. The kitchen is equally spacious and accommodating. If you are looking for fresh air, there is a wonderful screen porch with an enclosed storage room with glimpses of the Hampton River.
Upstairs in ’’Low Country’’, the master suite has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony with fabulous views. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs - both have queen beds. There is an additional full bathroom on the 2nd level. All new mattresses have recently been installed as well as TVs in every bedroom. Each TV has access to most streaming networks for guests to use their own accounts. Located on the North End of the island, nature will never disappoint you and there are miles and miles of walking and bike paths to enjoy.
The Hampton River Villa townhouses have tennis courts and a community swimming pool. The Hampton Point Marina is right next door and golf is right around the corner at the King and Prince Golf Course!
Low Country, located at 1205 Plantation Point Drive, is the perfect relaxing spot for you and your family after a marvelous day on St. Simons Island!
