The Cape is a two bedroom, and two and a half bath townhouse with a nice patio for hanging out outside. There is a second entrance through the laundry room for easy shedding of sandy, wet beach attire and towels. The master bedroom features a queen bed, television, en-suite bath. The guest bedroom has a set of twin beds, tv and en-suite bath. The Island Square complex offers a nice swimming pool with bathroom access and a fitness center. The Cape includes 3 TVs, washer/dryer. NOTE: Fireplace is for decorative purposes only. NOTE: TV is streaming only. Owner provides great wifi for streaming. NOTE: Only one (1) pup is allowed and must be under 12 lbs. see below. (No cats.) What to Expect in your Unit: • There are 3 TVs located in this property. • Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag.
