Welcome to Fairway Villas #410. Who says you can’t have it all? Staying at this Fairway Villas unit is like having your cake and eating it too!
Brand new owners with brand new décor and many upgrades. Just check out the pictures and you will see just how comfortable you will be during your stay. This beautiful three bedroom, three bath townhouse will sleep 8 comfortably. First Master bedroom on the main level with king bed and en-suite bath featuring a tub/shower combination with jets.
Two additional bedrooms are located upstairs - one considered as an upstairs master with a king bed, sitting area and en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, beautiful high ceilings and a television.
A fully stocked kitchen awaits those that prefer to dine in. Dine while enjoying the great views of the Sea Palms golf course.
Located on the Sea Palms Golf Course within walking distance to the Sago restaurant at the clubhouse. You will be a short drive to some of the islands best eateries. Bennie’s Red Barn, Brogen’s North, La Plancha, Sal’s Pizza, Delaney’s Bistro, Cafe Frederica and others. A quick trip to the north end of the island will get you to the Hampton River Marina and The King and Prince Golf Course. Head south about 4 miles and you’ll be enjoying the beaches or the pier/village area. When you are not out exploring the island your condo is the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries. There is no better place to decompress and get on "island time".
