The villa is surrounded by a fenced private garden made of palms, olives trees, cactus and roses. Few meters from the house there is a private swimming pool of 25x5 mt. surrounded by palms and olive trees offering natural shade. The garden features different equipped areas some with garden sofas where to enjoy drinks or just relax, there is also a covered area next to the Barbeque equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals. The interiors of the house develops in two separate sections, the main body features a large living room with fire place, sofas, a second sitting room with satellite TV, large dining room and fully equipped kitchen; on ground floor there is also one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and private terrace; on first floor there is a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bath tub. On the right wings of the villa there are the other three bedrooms and a small lounge room with TV and dvd.
