Riad Ali is a splendid property in the heart of the city of Marrakech, few minutes walking from the Koutoubia and the Jemaa el-Fna square. Guests will enjoy the magnificent private roof top terrace with a pool, sun lunges and umbrellas for shade, terrace also feature an external kitchen and dining corner with table and chairs; terrace and pool area offers to its guest full of privacy while relaxing taking sun or enjoy a drink.
The Riad was recently restored keeping the characteristic touch of the Moroccan style;
The Ground floor opens to a hall with a wardrobe, a living area with sofas connected to the covered patio; a second living room is accessible by a French door, with a projector cinema screen; this room can also become a bedroom with ensuite bathroom upon request.
A perfectly equipped kitchen with all appliances; and small wc.
Bedrooms configurations: one bedroom is located on the ground floor and features two single beds (can become a double bed as well), ensuite bathroom with shower;
The other three bedrooms are on the first floor each have a double bed (they can become two singles upon request), every bedrooms have its private bathroom with shower.
The whole house is air conditioned, every bedroom has its own satellite TV, air dryer, there is also washing machine and dryer, internet wifi.
the property is fully staffed, Mohamed the manager and Aziza (wife) is the cook and also the housekeeper, breakfast is included on price and as well as afternoon snacks, teas, and water.
It is not possible to use the kitchen for the guest, however Aziza is available for preparing meals, it must be arranged with Mohamed every morning after breakfast; the cost of meal is Euro 25 per person from 1 to 4 people, Euro 30.00 per person from 5 people onwards.
