- This 2-story townhome requires 3 steps to enter, and an interior flight of stairs is required to reach all the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Handrails for the stairs have recently been installed
- Your safety matters. The property features 3 exterior security cameras. A Ring doorbell camera located at the front door facing the entrance, a camera on the garage keypad facing the garage entrance, and a camera on the backyard fence facing the back area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
- The rental is stocked with a starter supply of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, coffee pods, and grounds. This starter supply is intended to last for the first 2–3 days of your stay
- The Heritage Hills Community amenities (community clubhouse, community pool, basketball courts, and associated areas) are not available for guest use
