The Neighborhood
The Grevin Museum is just at a stone throw from the apartment. The Rue Sainte Anne, famous for its Asian cuisine and eateries is 5 minutes walking distance. The area is fantastic for soaking in the Parisian atmosphere, we recommend having a walk in the surrounding area for a really relaxing day. You could even take the kids to Disneyland via the direct RER A loacted 10 minutes away by foot at the Auber station. Or the next best thing, the biggest amusement arcade in Europe ‘La Tete Dans Les Nuages’ (Head in the clouds) is just across the boulevard! This area also known as the " Les Grands Boulevards" is great for all ages, with lots of cafés, bars, restaurants, shops and disco. For shopping addicts: Les Printemps, Les Galeries Lafayette and Citadium are located at 10-minute walk from the apartment. Its central location makes it perfect for sightseers discovering the French capital for the first time, being close to many sites of interest such as the Opéra Garnier, Place Vendome, Concorde and the Tuileries Garden, Louvre Museum, Palais Royal, Musée de l'Orangerie, Montmartre Sacré Coeur, ...

Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
